Levels per week screen not appearing

My Candy Crush is connected to Facebook on my iPad as I can see my friends to send lives and moves and can also see their avatars on the "map", but when I click on their avatar or my own, the progress screen doesn't appear. That screen that displays levels played this week etc. please don't send me generic replies based on my tags. I haven't come across this problem on the threads, that's why started a new post.

This issue has been reported previously and unfortunately this is not something that will be resolved.
