lost all my booster

I was on level 2472 yesterday

After renew the game, i drop back to level 2470. Most importantly, all my booster were gone, i had over 300 booster in this game and now suddently ALL ARE GONE!!!

What happen!!! Please fix it and give back my booster!!!
