Level 246 says i have 61 hours to wait before i can pass to a new section. I want to know why such a long wait

Roadblocks are normally 72 hours if you don't ask friends for help or uses gold bars.
Easiest is to ask friends for help and you'll get the roadblock open after 3 friends have helped you out.
