I just installed Candy Crush for my mother on her new Samsung tablet, the game has returned to Level 1, how do I restore the game to the level she was on on her old tablet?

Hi Michael- Welcome to King Care! If your mother was connected to Facebook or the Kingdom, simply log in with the credentials and her account progress will be restored :-)
