How do I get my progress back?

I recently got a new phone and created a Facebook account just so I could continue my progress. As soon as I created a Facebook account on my old phone and logged in via Candy Crush, it wiped my progress completemy. I was on level 2199. I want to have my progress restored and have this working on my new phone. Please help me!!
