Candy crush has been running in slow motion for the past few days, rebooting, clear all the backgrounds, try everything, nothing works, any idea why?

Thanks for your response. I was afraid of that. I got the game from the Microsoft Store. I have some lives on there and that will get wiped out if I reinstall it. I'll consider that once I use up all the lives. Thanks.

Hi @Katsby, there hasn't been any recent complaints about the game being slow. Since you are playing the game through Windows 10 are you playing with the installed version or did you get the game app from the Microsoft store? If it's the installed version then I suggest that you go to the store and upload it from there. If you have it installed from the store, then I am going to ask you to uninstall it and reinstall it. You won't lose your progress or boosters but maybe the app isn't working right and needs to be reinstalled.

I'm having this issue right now on the Win10 App on my desktop. It's sluggish and the candies don't move as soon as I click. On the mobile or facebook, it's fine. Johnny_Ryall's link doesn't work. What was the steps?
