Daily boosters progress lost

I lost my daily boosters progress 3 times in the past 5 months. At first I thought that it was my mistake for not opening the game in less than 24hours. Yesterday I was playing in the afternoon, and I got my boosters and my 30 minutes free lives. A few hours later, I opened, and I was back to day one. How can I restore my progress?
