No new track after update

As of yesterday my game did not give me the weekly update which in the past has always given me a new track. I went to the Amazon app store and it had the option to update which I did but I received no new track. I am on level 2548 and when I finish this track I will not be able to play. I also play on Facebook gameroom and have synced my game to Window 10 too with no issues. Any solutions? I will not uninstall this game as I have had to do that before and lost too many boosters.

Hi Queenofgames,

Thank you for contacting King Care! Currently, on mobile, 2555 is the last level until the next update. The reason why you see further levels on your PC is because mobile is always going to be behind 2 episodes as compared to the PC version.

Why don't I have ads for moves or goldbars

Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!
Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
How i get my reward?
Pins collection i finish it I didn't received my reward.
