not going to above levels, stuck at level 200 candy crush saga

I play candy crush saga on my PC directly at king.com, registered through but never played on facebook. I reached level 200 recently and waiting for tickets to go further, but received only one ticket, and not received any ticket for past 3 weeks, and the next levels locked, Please help me sort out this !! (I never played this game on facebook)

Can you not click again to send our the requests? If you're enjoying the game then it might be worth investing the gold bars to proceed.

I have sent out those requests several times, and every time I login, many requests for extra moves and lives, I sent them for every login daily, I do not have gold bars, Is there any other way to sort out this !Can you not click again to send our the requests?
