I have repeatedly lost boosters when upgrading my iPad and iPhone. King needs to figure out a way to preserve our boosters during a reinstall. The excuse given is not satisfactory - we pay for these boosters and should not be told to not store them up - more income for King.

If these items are purchased then a transaction will be linked to this purchase and we can then restore these items.
However the free items are not linked to our servers but are saved locally to your device, this means a reinstall or a crash on your device may cause these items to be lost.
Please let me know if you are experiencing a problem restoring your bought items, and I will check your account :-)
