Menu pops up but won't open?

When starting a new episode, there's the menu that comes up saying "Unlock new levels" where there are the options to ask friends on fb or unlock immediately with money. Every time I click it, it only shows up for a second, then closes. It basically flashes. I actually uninstalled the game and reinstalled it (and lost 700+ levels for some reason! ugh) and it was working but then when I finished an episode it did the same thing. I've tried restarting my phone also.

Unfortunately, I've done all these things. I even reinstalled and had the same issue. The game doesn't crash, it's just the menu to unlock them next episode flashes and disappears. I have an iPhone 5.
