Why can't I bank lives from friends on Candy Crush Saga? I play on Facebook, through Chrome.

Once in a while, I receive lives from friends, but on Candy Crush Saga on Facebook through Google Chrome I can't bank the lives. Sometimes, I get one or two, but after play I return to collect them, they have disappeared. I have no problem when I play on my phone, only on my laptop.

Thank you for posting your question here on King Care.
Lives on PC or Laptop are valid as long as your session lasts; refreshing your Facebook session or the page in general can make you lose those lives.
On mobile devices, these lives remain stored in temporary datafiles on the device itself.
Lives and boosters do not synchronize across the game, platform and devices.
