Won the stripe contest (1st place) but received no award

I won a contest that ended at 1:30 am on June 18 or 19, but received nothing. I was in 1st with a 2,000 pont lead and had beaten 75 levels! When I signed in in the morning (following an update of my iPad app) to view the results and collect the prize, the contest had simply vanished. This is the second time this has happened to me! What's the issue?

Note: I also reported this via email, but received only a useless link back to this website (where I had already reported this).

Thank you for contacting King Care!  I gather the contest didn't say something like "congratulations you've now made it to toffee island or cookie island or anything like that?  Because the contest that's going on on my board is an ongoing contest that you keep reaching different Islands and you keep trying to be in like the top 10 and eventually I don't know what happens at the last Island but that's what I have. Apparently you had the striped contest the one-time deal?

I will forward your issue to a King Care moderator to assist you and they'll be able to look into your account.
