candy crush still crashing

Candy Crush has been freezing up on start up then when I do complete a level it freezes up again.This is the second time I have  asked for help.I did everything that you suggested and still not workingright also it is the new format.Please help.As you can see what level I am on that I play alot.Fix this please.
