Fewer moves in 2557 on iOS

Hi
I read that level 2557 has 31 moves. But on my iPhone it gives only 23 moves. Well nigh impossible to remove 4 cake bombs in that much time. Too much luck coming into play. Please help.

It is true that 31 moves are available on PC/Facebook. Have you established that the boards are identical in every respect though?
