Can't get to new episode after passing 830

After passing level 830 many times I can't progress to next episode on IPad.  Have reinstalled game and have newer IPad.

    I finally got it to advance me after waiting the 72 hours.  Couldn't advance sooner with time reset.  Finally on 831!
