when I am landing on the treasure chests, instead of opening, they simply vanish. this has happened over the last 3 cycles of the chests and it is becoming rather frustrating - any chance of this being resolved

While watching an ad to get additional gold bars, after I won the race, the game restarted and I lost my earned gold bars and the watched gold bars. Very frustrating. This has happened twice in the last two wins. Why?
Why i cant purchase anything in candy crush
I saved up my gold bars to purchase 6 hours of unlimited lives and it is no longer giving me that option. What the heck?!!!
Would you please quit using the temu apps, every time I watch add it kicks me out. It's getting very frustrating to play. I'm not going to keep playing untill they stop. And if you choose to keep using the adds, I will delete the game. Thank you, theresa
