Charged for boosters but did not receive them

Hello, I recently purchased some candy crush saga boosters using my iPhone. My payment method on Apple Pay was not current and so after I updated It, my card was charged but I did not receive the package I selected. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Episode Race Bug- PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!
Each time I start a new Episode Race, it immediately shows that someone has already finished the race, which is impossible. And yes, it’s the same players EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cant go forward level 10611, because no Yellow candy of target 18 , coming. Please fixed my issue.
