My boosters are gone!

I had several boosters, some I won on the wheel, some I won with the candy drops, some I purchased. A post came up on my Android, telling me to collect the candy drops (I think this is what they are called - where you collect a certain amount and then you get a booster) for great prizes or something to that affect. So, after this came up, all of my boosters has disappeared! This has happened in the past. Can you not get this problem resolved once and for all? I am getting really tired of loosing my boosters!

I'm sorry to hear about your in-game boosters but as notified previously, these items are not collectibles.

They are designed to be used when purchased or won. These in-game items are saved directly to your device's memory so if the app is deleted or the cache/memory is cleared or sometimes if the game or your device is updated then it’s possible that these items will disappear.

None of these things happened that you mentioned. I simply went into Candy Crush and a notice appeared regarding the collection of candy drops and I clicked OK and that is when all of my boosters disappeared. I'm not asking for compensation. I just wanted to know why this happens. It has happened several times, I've not just reported it every time! I could understand this IF I had updated or cleared my cache, which I DID NOT do. So no, you definitely did NOT help me at all.
