I'm having difficulty finding a direct email for customer support. Is that on purpose? My response has to go here in public? I just went through a maze of "contact us" links and get nowhere. I have an issue with a purchase I made 5 minutes ago on one of your games. I was over charged and received 1/2 of the package I purchased. Where can I find a direct email for support to dispute or at least understand this fraud/illegal business transaction? I have screen shots, digital bank records including time lines to prove your guilty of THEFT. I'd prefer to keep this private but if you insist on this being in a "FAQ" platform, I have no problem making your mistake public. Thx and why doesn't this page allow me to apply the tags you list below?
