I had space dash yesterday and I had 80hrs remaining when I logged off however this morning I logged on and it's disappeared please advise

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.
Not always all challenges will be available for all our players in all our games.
This can occur since most challenges, new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analise the impact.
The opposite can also happen and some challenges or features might get deactivated after some time.
I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.

Hi, I'm bumping this thread because I just had the same thing as Glyn Green happen today. I had about 30 hours left on Space Dash (which is an awesome and very powerful free bonus). I log in today, it's gone.
I __strongly__ disagree with Tony's reply. There is no way in the world ''this is the best way for us to improve our games''. It is the opposite ! How am I supposed to trust a company which does something like this ? I had many hours left on this promo and counted on it, or would have played more yesterday while it was active !
I understand and agree not all challenges, promotions or mini-games can be available to all players, all the time, in all of King's games. But you can not, I repeat can not, stop a promotion before it was supposed to end as the game explicitely indicated I had 30 hours left. This is not only unfair, but a dishonest practice.
Furthermore, this game was released in 2012 and still has many bugs. I understand changes are made all the time, but even weeks after an addition or update bugs are still not fixed. I'm sure they have been reported plenty of times.
What's worst - for a game that earned King billions of dollars (litterally billions), there is no real customer support. A forum where users ask questions and no way to call or contact King directly is _not_ real support. I didn't get a proper answer to my other question in a different thread, and it's been weeks.
Needless to say, I highly regret spending money on this game. I guarantee I will never spend one cent on any of King's games again.

Not fair to all players to not have the same challenges. My sister has over 700 lives and Space dash every day. Never has to go back for bonuses...
