I PLAY CANDY CRUSH SAGA ON MY PC DIRECTLY ON FB. I WANT TO KNOW WHY U HAVE CHANGED THE FORMAT TO LOOK LIKE THE MOBILE VERSION. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK ALWAYS HATED THE MOBILE VERSION.
i just want to ask why the background sounds of candy crush stops once i started playing the game? It just happend when i updated the game. How can i fix it? Thanks.
Don't blame King.com. Blame Steve Jobs and all mind controlled sheeps who believed the lie. This is the result of giving too much power to tech giants. They decided to kill Flash because it jeopardizes revenues from the app stores, and doesn't allow Google and Facebook to sniff inside. King.com developers are amongst the best in the world, and they did an amazing job using such a poor technology like JavaScript.

New set up on PC is not so nice...when I play the lower levels it keeps coming back to the latest level and then I have to scroll all the way down again...also the candies collected on a level got doubled when you cleared the level not liking that feature being removed

I have quit playing this game..impossible playing on PC
For me the new CC format is only on FireFox. I logged in via Internet Explorer and I get the old original format. Hopefully that won't change. For now, that's my work-around.

the new format is horrible for PC! I have a lag with every switch I make - it shows an "x then preforms the change .thank god I am not currently in a timed level !! If they were going to update they should have worked out he bugs first ! not all of their players are on the latest and greatest system !!
On the same topic, how do I send requests only to my candy crush friends and not all my friends on fb. Some of them get quite irrate. The previous version had the 2 tabs you could select.
I agree. Something had to change as I kept getting flash errors but this is awful. Super slow to load and lagging is
hideous.
Is any King staff here? Please tell us, is this an official change or just an incident, whether the change is good or not.
I understand that an upgrade was required but come on, why make it so small and the score so large. It doesn't make sense. I find playing it now is straining my eyes and the awful graphics don't help. I've played this for so long that it will be a shame to have to find something else to play but the small size of the game board leaves me no other choice

I don't know why they do this crap. They attempted to change the game design a few months ago too. Besides looking awful the new version lags like crazy. Leave it alone King - no one likes these new versions. Just leave the design alone and don't change anything - just make more levels and move on. Why do you feel it necessary to screw around with a good thing - makes no sense!
the mobile version takes 4 minutes to load on my PC, and the slowdown is unbearable. Unless this is fixed, I will stop playing this game.
Yes, this is AWFUL! I HATE the mobile version. It also always starts me at level 350 when I'm over 2300....takes forever to scroll to the right starting location!
Just noticed this - it's rubbish. It looks clunky, low resolution, totally rubbish. Change it back, please.
Is this change applyed to every FB player? Or just us?
My FB changed several months ago, and I send message to customer care and they changed it back. That seemed to be an internal issue rather than a real change.

Not only did the layout change today (HORRIBLE, pls change back) but as off today 50 gold bars cost Euro 6,99!!! Shame on you King :-(
This new format is terrible - and the reason I stopped playing on mobile. It is also so slow it is almost impossible to play. I agree with Rita, please have an option available to play the old fb version.

Horrible!!!!! is all I can say, will not play anymore unless they change it back, and I spent a lot of money on their game.
Horrible,hate the new version,game over for me.
Not good. No more doubling up on the c candies when you win. No more having every new level have the c candies. I don't understand the spaceship thingies that you can get the more levels you win. Not liking it nearly as much as I did yesterday. Blah!
Most of us do not like change, especially when it's a favorite thing (game) that is being changed.
Candy Crush Saga had to be changed - our browsers will soon not support Flash any more.
I'm sure the King developers have done the best they can and that a lot of testing and research has gone into the new format.
Instead of all the complaining and demanding that it be 'put back how it was' why don't we try to work with King and actually make this version how we'd like it?

Then play for a day or two and come back with some decent feedback on what and why you do not like any features in the game.
Give the new format a chance, (you might find you actually like it)
They are never going to 'change it back' but may be if we have some positive suggestions and proper feedback, then King will listen.
there is no longer a hover over to see the level prior to playing, after you win a level it only gives you the amount of candy and not double anymore. If you play an earlier episode, it often jumps back to the top. It also doesn't show certain episodes for me. I don't like the phone app version either and they made it the same. TERRIBLE. The spaceship theme of giving boosters is OK, but overall I do not like the change.
OK, Lynette, suggestions:
Need to put back:
The hover over feature to see how the level looks before playing
When you first enter a game, it doesn't say what the object of that game is anymore (like clear all the jellies, etc)
put back in the scrolling to other episodes
fix the glitch (same on mobile app) of when it gives you a msg, it goes all the way back to the top, instead of staying on the number game you were at.
put the double candies after winning back
Fix the glitch of some earlier episodes not showing as playable on the screen (I have to check but I think it was around 1025 for me).
sync the mobile and the facebook app so that they are the same episode, the mobile has always been a couple of weeks behind for me, which is a major reason I don't play it and the not giving the same amount of candies
sync the amount of boosters between the mobile and facebook app.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?

On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
