Following up. When I upgraded to a new phone, I went from level 2531 to level 42. I lost 20 gold bars, 55 lives from friends, 5 hand switch, 6 lollipops, 30 explosion balls, 19 wrapped and striped, 30 coconut wheels, 33 fishes, 30 checks. On my iPad i am on level 2528 with no bars or boosters. Please help

I answered your previous post:

It looks like you might need to connect to your Kingdom account using the same email.

Open the app and go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.

Ps. Boosters do not transfer between devices, they remain on the device on which they were purchased or won.
