Unlink Facebook account

After playing CCS for some time, due to technical reasons I needed to change my Android device, so, to be able to keep my level in the new device I created a Facebook account (King account wasn't available then, or I didn't find the option).

I was able to connect my FB account and keep my level into the new device, but now, when I try to ask for a life or unlock a level I can't do it with random users and asks for linking to FB (an account with no friends at all). Is there any way to unlink the account, keep my level and play against random users again?

I'm not sure I fully understand your query. If you are connected to Facebook, then the only players you should see in the game are your Facebook friends. If you see other players, this means you are connected to Kingdom.

Please check you are logged into Facebook in the actual Facebook app and that in the game, you are connected to this account.

Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???

Please, my Facebook account has been disabled after several attempts to verify my identity. It is this sane Facebook account I used in linking my game account. What do I do??

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
