hi i just purchased a pack for £15.99 and have been charged twice. could you please rectify this.

overcharged. i purchased a pack fot 15.99 and you have charged me 31.98 can you please sort this as i didnt even get double what i purchased and would like a refund for the £15.99 you have overcharged me for. thanks
