When I first started playing candy crush saga, my facebook account was under Jo Martin. I deleted that account without realizing that it would affect my candy crush levels. Somehow though I was able to continue playing candy crush on my iphone and my levels were still there. On June 27th my husband and I both got new iPhones and when i downloaded candy crush saga from the app store, it didn't keep my levels. I was around the 2500 area and now I'm back at the beginning.
I don't want to start Candy Crush over again and I see that you have restored some people back to the level they were at. I have a new facebook account under Ruby Tuesday and am hoping you can restore my game as well.
