New cell phone and at level 1-how do I get back to current level?

New cell phone and when I opened Candy crush, it had out me back to level 1. Please tell me there is a way to get back to my actual level of 2415.

    Please open the Candy Crush Saga app on your new Android and connect to your Facebook or Kingdom account related to your gmail address.
