I can play more levels on Facebook on the PC but prefer playing on my mobile because that's where I saved up all my boosters!

You can already play new levels in Candy Crush Saga on PC. I recommend you follow this page https://www.facebook.com/candycrushsaga in order to receive news about updates.
Our Game Studio is working hard on making the new content available too for the mobile versions of Candy Crush Saga.
However, I´d like to recommend you to refrain from saving up boosters and lives. You obtain at least 1 free booster a day in the Daily Spin. Also please note that boosters and lives do not synchronise between platforms and devices.
These are locally saved in temporary datafiles on your device. Any update or reinstall of the game or the operating system of your device can affect those datafiles.
