What happened to my progress??

I had all progress backed up with Facebook but now it's showing that I'm at level 1! I was in the upper 1000s

Help..... I have the same problem, I lost all my progress also on candy crush saga, years worth and no one is answering me. Please someone hear my plea, I miss playing my game and I just can not start over, we are talking years worth of playing. tks debi
