Lost connection and levels

I use to play Candy Crush Saga on both my Windows PC and Android Phone. Somehow recently, I lost all my progress on my PC and reset to level 1. Just like never played before. When I try to connect to King through Facebook, it keep saying "Sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom, right now.". I have retry it many times, no different. I even restart from Level 1 and try to connect, still unsuccessful.

I can still play on my Android Phone app, continue the levels up to 2600. But I cannot connect through Facebook and cannot save my progress. No need to mention, I cannot see any of my friends progress too.

Can you help to get my connection back and continue my levels ? My levels on my phone is correct. I still have a lot of boosters on my phone which I don't want to give up. So won't want to reset my phone app and lost everything.

Looks like the game was recently updated to a new format.

Try clearing your browser cache and the levels should be back.

No, try it. didn't help. The thing is, my android phone cannot connect to King too. I can continue to play pass 2600 level now. But cannot save the levels to Facebook. That is a good indication that something was changed to the connection between Facebook and King.On the other hand, I cannot logout Facebook from Candy Crush app on my phone anymore. The option is gone now for some reason. So I cannot connect to Facebook, and I cannot logout. Stuck in the middle. Can someone help please ? Thanks !
