What reward is given for million points?

I am once again revisiting levels because there are no new ones. I just revisited level 2595 and my points are 42,426,860. Sing I am revisiting my score is not being multiplied x10 for for Dexter points. I feel my score entitles me to more than 8 points. The end of the levels says I can revisit levels and keep earning. What do I have to do to get a great reward. I'm reading some issues other players are having and beginning to wonder as do others is the jackpot ever been won. My first issue was promptly addressed.

Hi Gwen!
I'm not sure you can replay levels and get the Dexter points again. Some of the competitions only allows a payout once.
