hi my facebook Candy Crush Saga User ID is 1067007424. this is now the third request I've made regarding this problem. it would appear using candy crush via facebook on my laptop is now trying to load the mobile site! it will not work and I've tried numerous things to resolve! could you please please please please revert me to the desktop platform! its now been nearly 3 weeks since I can play the game!

It is not loading the mobile version. It is loading what is now the standard game on Facebook which uses HTML5 and not Flash. If you are unable to play this version you can, for the time being, play the older version using Internet Explorer or playing at king.com but ultimately you will have to bring your computer up to the standard required to run HTML5.

ok but my husband's is still on the old version via facebook? won't be playing anymore as even when it has loaded its utterly hideous
