Accidental purchase of gold bars

Just bought gold bars without realising it. The app came up with a piggy bank and made it look like it was a prize. Then I found out I've made a purchase. Please refund

Making a purchase requires a tap on the item, enter their App Store password or Touch ID authorisation and then reconfirm the purchase. Given that this is not a one-click process, refunds are not given in these cases. 

If you do wish to try and obtain a refund then you will need to contact Apple directly as we do not have access to iTunes' Payment Systems. Please tap on the “Report a problem” link underneath the item in your purchase receipt from iTunes, which you should have received via email.

Please also ensure that you protect your device against accidental purchases to avoid any future recurrences: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204396.

You may want to consider deactivating your Touch ID authorisation for in-app purchases. To do this follow these steps:

Go to Settings and find Touch ID and Password

Now enter your pin code

Deactivate Touch ID for iTunes & App Store by sliding the bar to the left.
