Having a hard time getting credit for extras with bar purchase

I have bought the $15.99 package on several occasions and at least 2 of those I never go the extras.  Been going back and forth with a long care member however now being told that I didn't purchase anything more than gold bars   Umm nope I always choose the $15.99 100x bar bundle  for the amount of $$ I've spent it's ridiculous.
