I was playing new "Sugar Drops" levels and earned 26 to make it to the 1st marker of 24 required to get rewards. I clicked on the “claim reward” button but got the response “connect to claim reward”. I had WIFI connection and also the data was on as a back-up when this occurred. I clicked on the “ok” button and was sent back to the main board without being awarded. Unfortunately I did not take any screenshots of the incident. I am dismayed because I did use boosters to pass the levels. Thank you.
