I can not ask friends for helping me, so I've always have to wait for 72 hours for further playing the next level... It said "I'm not connected with facebook." . but I really am... what can I do to resolve the problem? any help please, thank you!

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.
Try the steps shown on this thread:

Once you have the connection back you should be able to send and receive help without any issues.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Are we still getting the 300 gold bars for finishing the event? I actually finished it and got a confirmation of obtaining the last tape but didn’t get it. It’s frustrating cause I bought stuffs to finish it on time and used a lot of bars as well for special candies.
