I've followed all your robotic advices. Updated my Samsung Note 5, uninstall my Facebook & my Candy Crush Saga apps 2times. But I'm still unable to connect to Candy Crush via my Facebook. Candy Crush kept prompting that I can't access to the kingdom! There is no connection! Please help?

You could also try the game from another internet connection - for instance mobile data instead of wifi.
