I would like to know why in the world race some players advance by 1000 points while I maximally score 100 points per game. The race is not fair and therefore I do not participate anymore

Will I get back all the gold bars i spent to win the music challenge I didn't get the reward for?
I am on level 18022, and just won an episode race, but wasn’t given my gold bars. It shows in my information that I won, but the 25 gold bars aren’t there.

I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
