cant log in to candy crush sage

in Support

i have been playing for over 2 years on about level 1600? and i cant log into the game via facebook.  I have recently changed my password but have done this others times with no problems

    Are you playing the game on mobile or in Win10 app?

    What happens when you try to login? Do you get an error message?

    Im playing on windows 8.1 laptop.  when i log in the orange King box comes up downloading fills then running then the little dots go round and round, then the blue box comes saying loading then nothing happens
