Facebook save just showed up a few days ago on my candy crush sage, it won't let me sign on to facebook.

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.
Try the steps shown on this thread:

Once you have the connection back you should be able to send and receive help without any issues.

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
