I have lost all my boosters and other items won when I downloaded the game on my new phone. Please give them all back to me. I have sent you 2 emails without a response. I think this is poor customer service as I have been playing this game for a very long time and up to level 1285. Not happy!

Same thing for me. I Lost all booster this night ( about 800) any idea to recover them. Tks

Same for me. Needed to reinstall my mobile and lost all my booster (double fish, colour bombs) even when account was connected with Facebook. Such a shame. Wrote you a mail and got no feedback. Poor customer service
