I was on level 650+. But when i switched to new phone my progress is lost and now i am on level 35. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as you can. Thankyou

you are not connect those lost level with facebook....please always play connected with facebook to avoid your candy data lost...

I want to link my kingdom id with facebook id. But when i open king.com then "Score and progression sync " is not working it says "you are already synced your progress ". But my progress is not synchronised yet.

there your profile picture shown? if not shown go setting> apps>candy crush saga>clear data.
>restart phone
and open candy crush there show 2 option 1 play 2 connect.press connect and when connect successfully u play 655+ level....but mind it that your save boosters not backup

Before yesterday game shows that I have only cleared 35 levels but from yesterday it is showing that I have cleared 50 levels and further levels are still blocked then how can stars are showing?
When I reconnect my game with facebook id it will another process. Sometimes it shows me on level 122 but levels are not opened it only indicates me on level 122. What is this ???. Plz help me
