How to retrieve games after having to reinstall?

i accidentally deleted my candy crush game and lost my progress..i was playing over 389 levels when i accidentally deleted my game..and when i reinstalled i was back to level 1..is there a way where i can get my progress back??i dont remember saving my progress or logging in facebook then...

I'm thinking about deleting Candy Crush from my FB account because I can't get the level to acknowledge I have earned my star and It has me stick, no one has answered my question posted a few days back, what should I do????
