Profile picture's frame not getting change.

I have got 28 rank. But after ranking up i am not getting change the profile frame.

I haven’t been getting my new frames either. I’m just a level 6 but it says i’ve gotten new frames and I want them haha

Hi, I have purchased rewards. Ever since you stopped me to get free rewards by watching adds. That is not fair. instead of supporting customer to to buy rewords you stop them to use free rewards by watching adds. If I don’t get the free rewords I will stop plying and remove the app. Thanks
