Anyone else having an issue with their Candy Crush Piggy Bank?

Special reward: Gold bars gained by earning stars in each level. I've managed to fill my Piggy Bank a couple of times and won/paid for 100 gold bars. This time when I go to do it I get a message "Oops! Something went wrong!" Ironically, I have to press "OK" to leave that screen, but it's not OK!!! Only 5 days to go for this reward & cant help but feel someone else is controlling my game option!!! So far, no help when I email issue to KingCare!

I'm very disappointed. I thought that when I fill the piggy bank I would receive gold bars as a bonus.
