I have a problem

I am in level 2634 when iam playing in my phone and ipad and suddenly the level in the ipad turned to level one and i tryed to return it again to level 2634 but l faild so whats happening now is i am playing in level 2634 on my phone and level 34 on the i pad and i erased the game from the ipad and  updated it again but it didn't work

Can you please try again? Make sure you are connected to your account related to your Yahoo email address.

If you still experience the same on your iPad, then please try the following:

Open Candy Crush Saga on your iPad. Disconnect Candy Crush Saga from your Facebook through the menu in Candy Crush Saga.

Open the Facebook app on your iPad. Disconnect your Facebook session and close the app.

Open Safari, the default browser on your iPad, and disconnect from Facebook there too. Clear cache in Safari on your iPad.

Check for updates for your iOS, the Candy Crush Saga app and Facebook. Restart your iPad.

Open your Facebook app and connect to your relevant Facebook account. Open Candy Crush Saga and connect it to your Facebook.

If this didn't help, then please let me know the model iPad you're using, as well as the iOS version you got installed.
