Password recovery

after a phone change i can t remember my password.

i m sure about my email adress like my picture and name appear and i have a password recovery to 2015 on my old mail.

i tried mail recovery but didn t received any things.

Thanks to find me a solution.

after tried 3-4 Times all the days,today it works !

don t know why, but thanks and have fun in game !

Hi Eristale- Thanks for posting on King Care. We noticed that a few players were not receiving their password resets, but this should be resolved now.

i tried again 3 Times, checked after 1 hour and always nothing.

Maybe it can be manually by someone from king ?
