Level 1
I had atleast 80 hours of space dash remaining. I play from my android phone and can't see the space dash anymore. All the other challenges have disappeared as well (stripped candy, treat calendar). I don't want to uninstall the app as I will lose all my boosters. Why is this happening? I'm on level 2434.
Hi Fatama Tuz Zahra,
Thank you for posting this here on King Care.
Not always all challenges will be available for all our players in all our games.
This can occur since most challenges, new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analise the impact.
The opposite can also happen and some challenges or features might get deactivated after some time.
I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.
Kindest regards and have a great day,
Tony - King Care Team
How is it improving anything? If at all, it's very frustrating and unfair. To win the space dash you have to win levels consecutively without losing a life. And after you've won it, only to see it being deactivated. Please make sure this does not happen again. I've been playing candy crush a long time and I'm sure you would like to value long term players? Or blindsiding your players is one of candy crush's protocol?
I appreciate your feedback Fatama. As a comparison you could think of the Booster Wheel; initially it was not available to all of our players but after intensive testing it did become available for all our players. How is it improving anything? Oh come on King. Your programers have been consistently seeking out people who win your game and don't pay money to buy special candies. You have done everything in your arsenal: making certain levels much more difficult for some of us (specific targeting), removing contests for special candy incentives and competitions, not rewarding those who win contests, and worse, deleting hard earned bonuses. It would be incredibly naive to believe this is all random. I have noticed in the last few months you have done everything to thwart my ability to win new levels. If you don't think most of us know that you have enough data on us to target certain players, you would be the naive ones. Very disappointing. I believe you have finally taken away my one stress reducing activity. I am at the last level (until tomorrow), and I believe that is where I will stay. You have provided me with many hours of enjoyment and detachment through chemo, major surgeries and crippling diagnoses. It's not fun anymore. You should be ashamed -- it's not like you are not making enough money from sponsorships, advertising and other sources of revenue.
The same has happened to me, none of the dashes are available making the levels almost impossible and offering some features available to some players and not others is ridiculous especially if you have been competing with other players and then suddenly another player has an unfair advantage and you suddenly get left behind. I think us players need to boycott Candy Crush. I am thinking of starting a Facebook group for players who have had enough of CC treating their players like trash while trying to milk us for every penny. I think this kind of tactic is low and need to to be exposesd. King show some respect for your players and give the dash back to everyone. It is not the best thing for the players, just for the money makers. I don't care too much about the game since I can no longer progress or fairly compete with others.
