Quest & Challanges

Hello there! I continuously receive notifications about quests and challenges but, most of the time, when I open the game, there's nothing there waiting for me. 

Those few times I find them, they suddenly disappear before the time the should expire (e.g. a challenges countdown shows 48 hours but if I open the game 5 hours later there's no challenge there waiting for me).

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.

This is not the answer I expected... if the game notifies me I have a challenge I expect to find it if I open the game. 

I'm aware not every challenge is available for every player but if candy crush tells me I have one available for me I want to find it in my game. Moreover, if I find it and the counter in the game tells  the challenge expires in 38 hours, it cannot disappear if I open the game again 2 hours later!!! I expect you to give me a more sensed answer. Thank you
