Updated to a new iPhone and lost all my boosters and a small bit of progress

i backed up my old phone and switched to my new phone. All other apps transferred all data except cand crush. Facebook loaded but tyr boosters are in the actual game not FB as my tablet and iPhone are the same account but different boosters depending on what device I am playing when I get them.

Why don't I have ads for moves or goldbars
its not fair for some players to not have a feature that other players have please make an update that makes the game the same for all accounts my id 1548936986
Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!
Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
How i get my reward?
Pins collection i finish it I didn't received my reward.
